These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make about services from VirPro Solutions ("VirPro Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Services

VirPro Solutions recruits, trains, and manages offshore virtual assistants for businesses. We provide sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding, ongoing account management, time tracking, and support. The specific scope, hours, rate, and start date for any engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and VirPro Solutions. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, and website content does not override a signed agreement.

Enquiries And Communication Consent

When you submit a form on this site you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. You agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Engagement, Fees And Payment

• Rates, minimum hours, and billing cycles are quoted before an engagement begins and confirmed in your service agreement.
• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Late or failed payment may result in services being paused.
• Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transfer fees.

Placement And Replacement

We screen candidates for skill, English proficiency, and cultural fit, and we present shortlists for your selection. You make the final hiring decision. If a placed assistant is not the right fit, tell us and we will work to replace them under the terms of your service agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions, access, and any tools or logins the assistant needs to do the work.
• Keep your own account credentials secure and revoke access when an engagement ends.
• Comply with all laws that apply to the work you direct, including data protection and employment laws in your jurisdiction.
• Do not ask an assistant to perform illegal, fraudulent, or abusive tasks. We may terminate an engagement immediately if you do.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep the other party's confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Our assistants and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations. Confidentiality survives the end of an engagement.

Non-Solicitation

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you agree not to directly engage, employ, or contract any VirPro Solutions assistant or staff member outside of your agreement with us, during the engagement and for the period stated in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Work product created for you by an assistant during an engagement belongs to you once the related invoices are paid. All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the VirPro Solutions name and marks, remains our property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for scheduling, communication, time tracking, and payments. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

No Guarantee Of Results

We work hard to place capable people, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue figure, or level of performance. Any figures mentioned on this site are illustrative and depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirPro Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice period in the service agreement. We may suspend or end services immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that puts our team at risk. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
